-The problem presented was this sudden accident causing a UF family financial hardship.
- The who for the problem would be in my opinion would be the student and his parents.

2. "High-priority violations: Alachua County restaurants inspections."

- This article was about how in the week of Jan 20-25 multiple restaurants such as the Hilton hotel, subway and checkers were inspected and they all had some serious violations.
- The problem was that some of these top name restaurants were not upholding to code. Reports say there were soiled and molding walls, wrong storing of raw food, black debris in dishwashers etc.
- The who for this problem in my opinion would say the people because hundreds of people eat at these restaurants on a daily and as a customer we expect the cleanliness and upkeep of the store be up to code to provide good quality food.

3. "Former city worker agrees to prison deal"

- This article was about a former Gainesville employee that was caught stealing over 93,000 dollars from taxpayers. This money was found that it was used to fund vacations, cosmetic surgery and other expensive wants.
-The problem is that taxpayers do there just a pay what is needed and people in authority or in a position accessible to this money sometimes take advantage.
-The who for the problem would be the taxpayers because there hard earned money was being used and taken advantage of.

- This article was about how an Orlando police officer shot a suspected kidnapping victim and how protocols were not met.
- The problem is that there are certain protocols in place for a reason but they are not always followed.
-The who for the problem is the police department and citizens because we are suppose to put our trust the police but when certain protocols are not followed it begins to make everyone a little less trusting.

5. "Women faces DUI charges after crash involving lynx bus injures several."
