1. Market Expert
- My market expert is Kathleen Gonzalez, a Medicaid/Medicare representative.
- This person is a former coworker, she works apart of True Health but not for True Health.
- She is former coworker so it was pretty easy to contact her and get adequate feedback. She is a representative regarding Medicaid and Medicare. She actually has her own appointments where she speaks to patients about applying to either Medicaid or Medicare. She sees if they qualify and actually explains in details everything and goes step by step helping them fill out the application.
- I feel like she is very helpful in regards to my service because she does something very similar but she cannot give patients that don't qualify information about insurance plans. She understands the need and demographics of my service.
2. Domain Expert
- My domain expert is Latrice Stewart, CEO of True Health.
- This person is my former CEO at True Health.
- Contacting her was a little tricky just because of her busy schedule. She is one of the best CEO I have ever worked under just because she is very personable and loves her employees. At my other jobs I did not even know who the CE was and as for her she is so involved.
- Like I said previously she is CEO of True Health which is a non-profit organization that helps the under insured and no insured community.
- She is a great aspect because her company fits the exact demographic where my service would fit right in.
3. Supplier
- My supplier is Ericka, a insurance rep for Humana.
- She was the absolute hardest to get in contact with which actually my CEO helped me get in contact with her. Ericka is a Humana representative. Humana is the insurance everyone is currently under at True Health.
- Our exchange was that I listen to all the great things Humana has to offer and consider changing my insurance. She does see the need for people to have insurance especially the population that True Health sees.
- She would be a great aspect because she is an insurance company that we could get adequate information about their plans and relay that information to our patients.
Reflection:
I actually liked this assignment because it aloud me to reconnect with some former co workers as well as share my idea and get good feedback for a place I could see my service being beneficial in. My service is for the people which is exactly what True Health is for their people and community and they are always looking for new ways to help the community in a sufficient way.

Napkin #2
1. Hello, my name is Stephanie Rodriguez; a sophomore at the University of Florida. I am currently in the innovation academy which has aloud me to advance in my path of innovation and entrepreneurship. My skills would include compassion, dedication, hardworking, and drive to do better. Another important skill that allows me to connect with a variety of people is my heart which I learned about myself during the our special sauce assignment. My aspirations as a business plan are to bring more awareness to the healthcare community in regards to improving how people take a part in their healthcare. The first step to me as a way to solving this problem is health insurance. By creating an outreach program consisting of representatives to inform patients of healthcare options and really take them through the steps to find an insurance plan that fits for them.
2. Many people now a days are not taking a first hand in their healthcare resulting in many people having undiagnosed or uncontrolled health problems. Part of the big problem is lack of representation. So many lower class individuals don't know all the options regarding healthcare insurance plans or don't even understand. What I am offering is a representative in healthcare offices available for appointments there to provide adequate and sufficient information about health insurance plans. This representative will actually be able to sit down with these people learn their needs, wants, and financial status and be able to provide them with options that will provide the healthcare they need.
3. My demographics for my idea would be the lower/middle class, individuals with no healthcare insurance and underrepresented. I am well aware from experience there are certain ethnic groups that this solution would help as well as single mothers and the elderly.
4. This solution is valuable because it is providing a one to one meeting ultimately saving them money and allowing them to get the best healthcare experience. Many individuals want to take an active part in their healthcare but cannot due to the high deductible rates, lack of knowledge, and no coverage.
5. We are here for them, not to make money but rather to provide a well overdue service to help them improve as well as take an active effort in their healthcare. This service is specifically to improve the healthcare system and that starts with our patients.
6. I do believe my aspects it together and will benefit our community especially the under represented. My business plan will allow for an abundant as well as factual information regarding healthcare options and plans to people who where in the unknown or little known aspect. This will allow healthcare workers to provide service to more individuals as well as hopefully get the percentage number of healthcare problems done or controlled such as diabetes and obesity down.
7. So from my feedback I was more descriptive I believe this time around regarding what my service is and how it will help. I also talked less about the service and more about how it would help the community and who is shall help.

elevator pitch 2
"Avatar"
This is a hardworking mother with 4 kids who works a 8-6 job to come home and work as a full time mother. Her husband died and she was left to take care of the children and herself all by herself. She works as a front desk representative at a local health clinic. She has worked there for 10 years now and finally got a promotion to lead representative which she was excited for the pay raise but it meant more stress, work, and time away from her kids. She has 2 boys and 2 girls ranging from 3-16. Her life consists of working to come home cook dinner, get her kids to bed and finally herself to bed to do it all over again the next day. Sundays are her days where she goes to church and comes home to relax, watch her favorite show Grey's Anatomy and get ready for the week. She gets insurance from her job but due to her job having so many workers comp cases the insurance continues to go up each year to now she can barely afford the minimum for her and her kids. She needs help learning about other insurance options due to the high rates and deductibles. This customer avatar relates to me in some type of way because it reminds me of mother, My mother can not afford all of us to be on her health insurance provided from her job so she choose the lowest plan for herself and tries to see what she can afford for best quality or me and my sister. This avatar also reminds of so many people who I used to serve on a daily basis as the health clinic I worked at.

Refection: I appreciate everyone for doing this and feel like they aligned with what I wrote and I think it is because they tell me all the time. I love the people around me and do everything I can to help. I do dedicate myself to the people around me and sometimes too much as others tell me. My interviews consisted of my dad, my boyfriend, roommate and 2 other close friends.
Buyer Behavior Part 2
Interviewer 1: She is a single mother of 4 kinds, 2 boys and 2 girls. She did explain that since she is a single mother price is usually her deciding factor when buying products. She tries to go for the cheapest, most affordable but still going to provide its purpose. She did also state that if the quality was significantly more for a few extra dollars then the alternative she will go ahead and spend the extra depending on the product. She also says that since she is busy all day she usually buys just about everything besides groceries online through amazon. She says during her lunch breaks she uses that time to buy what she needs for her family. The way she would determine if it was a good buy or not is if it served its purpose and if she would buy it again,
Interviewer 2: She was actually the 18 year old daughter of the women above. She goes to UCF and states because we are all broke college students price and quality go hand in hand for her. She gave me some examples such as clorax wipes how the actual branded ones work great and all but the great value ones in Walmart are half the price for more containers. She tries to get as much as she can for her dollar. Just like her mom she does do a lot of her shopping online through amazon but does say things such as grocery shopping and shopping for clothes she feels is a need to be done in person because you get to weigh out your options and in cases with clothes you save the time and the struggle by trying them on in person and seeing how you like it rather then paying for shipping and hating all the clothes. She states how she would determine if it was a good buy would be if it lasted her a good amount, if had a good enough quality for the price and if she didn't hate it or regret buying it.
Interviewer 3: This is a man who works as a car fixer and car detailer. He said quality is his key that it is better for him to spend the money now then to spend twice as much fixing it sooner then you would if you had bought for quality rather then price. Due to his job he has order through an online website for parts to come in but on his outside life he says his wife does all the shopping in person and hates online shopping. The way he said he will determine if a buy was a good buy or a bad buy is based on the look, feel, and overall performance. Did is last or did he have to fix it sooner then he intended to.
Summary: Overall I tried to pick 3 people with totally different backgrounds and careers. My first lady is a nurse, her daughter is a college student and the man is a mechanic. Overall I eel like each of their responses were different enough to get a general outlook but similar in ways as well.
Conclusions drawn: In conclusion I would say quality and how good you can get or your dollar is what is important. That people might go in the middle where they are not buying the cheapest but also not buying the most expensive. I also feel like they rate a product good or bad based off the products performance.
