Your Venture's Unfair Advantage

1. Human Capital
Valuable: Yes, my human capital attracts customers, insurance companies, and clinics.
Rare: There is not currently anything like it that provides this service to people so in depth.
Inimitable: Its not hard to copy
Non-Substitutable: There is currently no other company or service out there like mine.

2. Minimal Cost
Valuable: Yes, because the cheaper something is more people are going to want it.
Rare: yes, extremely low pricing
Inimitable: hard to get the best deals other wise.
Non-Substitutable: Hard to substitute

3. Social Capital
Valuable: Yes, I have first hand knowledge and experience regarding this need and the people I have met along the way will help to implement it and allow me to put it into full effect.
Rare: yes, I know a few people too busy to get a hold off.
Inimitable: Relationships are unique so my personal relationships are inimitable.
Non-Substitutable: There my relationships I built so no one can repeat them.

4. Lasting Need
Valuable: There will always be a need for my service
Rare: The solution is rare to the need
Inimitable: There are other programs trying to help this need as well
Non-Substitutable: It can possible be replaced with something else down the road.

5. Always room or improvement
Valuable: yes, it gives the company and service space to grow and only get bigger
Rare: Not that rare
Inimitable: Many companies grow or leave an option or improvement
Non-Substitutable: It can be replaced

6. Money Saver
Valuable: Yes, anyway to save people money is always needed
Rare: No not really rare
Inimitable: There are government programs but not everyone qualifies
Non-Substitutable: there can be a substitute

7. Can work in any clinic
Valuable: Yes, this service can be place in any clinic available for patients.
Rare: Yes, you don't usually see anyone there all the time to cater just to patients.
Inimitable: There is no other company or service that has a full time service representative.
Non-Substitutable: It can be but most likely not.

8. Large customer group
Valuable: Yes, the more customers the more a need for my service
Rare: no not really
Inimitable: There are other companies with large customer groups
Non-Substitutable: yes, can be

9. Improving Healthcare
Valuable: Yes, improving healthcare not only helps patients, helps doctors, clinics, and insurance companies.
Rare: no, there are other things being worked on to improve healthcare
Inimitable: Not my service in regards but there are different approaches
Non-Substitutable: Yes, it can be

10. Serves a variety of people and companies
Valuable: Yes, this service will serve patients, insurance companies, clinics and more
Rare: yes, it is hard to have service that fully caters to all at once
Inimitable: yes, but unlikely
Non-Substitutable: Not really, just because it is hard to have a service cater to all.

I would say my most important is my Human capital or Improving healthcare just because there is always a need to improve healthcare but it can be substituted where as Human capital can not. My service will not only attract patients, but it will attract lower poverty areas, clinics, insurance companies and probably even hospitals and more.
